James Wright

James Wright

(b: 13 June 1986, Stockport, Cheshire) started out at Buxton in 2002 helping his side to the Knockout Cup. In 2004 he joined Workington whilst still with Buxton and was crowned the CLRC later that year. He remained with Workington and took on a role in 2005 with Belle Vue in the EL. He continued with both clubs the following two years lifting the Fours trophy with the Comets and the PLRC trophy. Swindon spotted him and snapped him up the following year, finally returning to the Aces in 2009 and in 2012 rode for Somerset before returning North in 2013 with Glasgow. Come 2014 and ’15 he did his league racing for the Plymouth Devils.
